Sprouts utthapam

Ingredients-
3 cups Dosa Batter
Green gram Sprouts - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 chopped
Tomato- 1 chopped
Coriander- 1 tbsp chopped
green chillies - as per taste, chopped
Oil to cook

Method
In the batter, mix all other ingredients except oil. 


Pour oil on a non-stick tawa, spread batter, it should be slightly thick. Cook both sides till slightly brown. Serve hot with any chutney or ketchup!
