Granola recipe

I attempted making granola as I had a lot of oats at home (Thanks to Costco for this)
I followed this recipe - http://cookieandkate.com/2015/healthy-granola-recipe/

I used honey and I halved the recipe. My oven heats unevenly sometimes and I had timed it for 23 minutes. I was tending to my baby and it got overdone. A couple of minutes less and it would have been fine.
Also as mentioned in the blog, honey did not make it clumpy and they are all separate. I am going to try the next time with maple or agave.

Kathal sabzi / Jackfruit curry

Kathal ki sabzi - made from canned jackfruit
http://www.steamingpot.com/kathal-ki-sabzi/
and Matar paneer - from my blog- https://ambrotos.blogspot.com/2012/12/matar-paneer.html
In this case I blended the gravy so my daughter doesn't spend time separating onions from the paneer :-)
