1 cup chopped dry fruits ( I have used Raisins, Dates,Almonds, cashews, Ginger, Orange peel)
1/4 cup dark rum
1/4 teaspoon clove powder
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Butter your bake pan pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg. Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, mix this into butter and sugar mix, alternate with milk and do it in 2-3 batches.
