Guacamole and hummus

1 whole avocado deseeded and sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tahini
2-3 cloves of garlic
3/4 cup of chickpeas thoroughly cooked
1 big lemon juiced
Salt and green chillies / pepper to taste
Tip everything in the blender. Blend blend blend. Serve as dip or alongside bread.
I served with pumpkin / lauki cutlets.
