Last evening, I roasted walnuts and the aroma filled my kitchen. I immediately thought of baking brownies, but it was late and I put it off till Sunday. I have been off baking, and hence off blogging for quite a while. Work gained priority. Though I have been cooking and experimenting, I haven't been blogging. Sunday looked like a good day to come back to my blog- after baking!
Yes I finally baked the walnut brownies, and I used Bournvita instead of cocoa powder. The result is a sweeter buy nonetheless yummier version.
