Ras puas

It is Holi and we are in Bangalore, missing the usual festivity in Bihar. No better way to compensate and celebrate with delish food :)

Also put the paniyarams pan to good use.

The batter for ras pua is similar to malpua. Check recipe here I used whole wheat instead of maida.

No guilt in enjoying these light and sweet raspuas!!
