Leftover Idlis - 6
2 tsps oil
Chilli powder and garam masala powder - a pinch
1 tsp chopped curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
Cut the idlis into equal sized pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and mustard seeds. Let the seeds splutter. Add the idlis and mix. Sprinkle salt, chilli powder and garam masala powder. Combine well.
Serve with hot with ketchup or chutney.
